Warranty/Shipping/Returns

Warranty Policy:

TangoDown, Inc warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. We will repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price less shipping charges if it is determined to be defective. Any damage from misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product is not covered.


Return / Refund Policy:

All requirements below must be met before returning any product:

• Returns will be accepted within a 30 day period of the original ship date. All packages must be returned shipping pre-paid. No COD packages will be accepted.

• All returns must include a completed RMA return form available here Return.

• Only items purchased directly from TangoDown, Inc (not from a dealer or wholesaler) may be returned for any reason other than warranty issues. For warranty issues you need to contact us at sales@tangodown.com and provie proof of purchase before returning.

• Any item may be returned for a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fee will not be returned. Refund will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of the original sale.

• We do NOT offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong item and would like to exchange, you will need to return it for a refund and then place a new order on our website for the correct item.

• Apparel items may NOT be returned. (In the event a wrong size t-shirt was shipped on our part, we will make an exchange but it must be unworn)

• Sales are final on all special order or clearance merchandise.

• TangoDown does not supply free return labels if you ordered an incorrect item by mistake or damaged your item upon install. If you are having trouble with installation, NEVER alter a part. Always contact TD for next steps first.


General Information:

Warranty and Return/Refund policy applies to all purchasers, including but not limited to dealers, distributors and retail customers.

When returning any merchandise, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers tracking numbers and that you place the full value of insurance on the parcel. TangoDown, Inc is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit to us.

Credit Cards: Our credit card processing system requires all orders to have complete information filled out, including first & last names and a billing address associated with the card being used. Failure to do so may result in the system failing to capture your order.

Shipping

Outside of the below limitations, we can ship to virtually any address in the United States, which consists of the 47* contiguous states, Alaska, & Hawaii (U.S. Territory and U.S. Virgin Island addresses are not accepted).
*UPDATE: As of April 2023, we no longer ship to Washington state. Any order placed with a billing/shipping address in the state of Washington will be canceled.
Some states have implemented restrictions on certain parts, accessories, and/or have magazine capacity restrictions. Orders containing restricted products placed from these locations will be subject to cancelation.
TangoDown Inc. does NOT ship to international destinations.  All orders require billing/shipping addresses in the U.S. (48 contiguous states, Alaska, & Hawaii).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. This is not a guaranteed date and only an estimate! Shipping carriers have their own business policies as to what constitutes a business day pertaining to delivery windows. TangoDown is NOT responsible for their business plans/policies and their ability or inability to deliver on time.
Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. The cut off for processing on Fridays (or the previous business day if Friday is a holiday) is 10AM Pacific. Due to processing times, the estimated delivery date will likely fall outside of the estimate listed during checkout.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

First-Class Shipping Option:

Please note that all first-class packages will have a handling fee. This is due to insurance costs. Please allow 3-10 business days for your package to arrive after being processed. Also, processing on first-class orders may be delayed up to 2 days.

 

PLEASE NOTE: During high peak times (holidays and other events) or in the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, etc.) order processing times could reach up to 5-7 business days.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Due to shipping restrictions, TangoDown is not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
