2026 Holiday Season

Labor Day is behind us, and summer has just about come to a close. It may seem early
to start planning the holiday season, but with how this year has flown by - we’ll blink,
and Thanksgiving will be knocking on the door. Just like prior years, we’re providing
holiday details early to help you plan during the holiday rush.
Below you’ll find important information regarding our hours, shipping cut off, and other
shipping details regarding the holiday season. If any changes arise, we will update the
information as needed.

TangoDown’s Holiday Hours

Thanksgiving

Offices Closed Wednesday through Friday (11/25 – 11/27)

Orders placed during the Thanksgiving holiday will be processed in the order in which
they were received when our team returns on Monday (11/30/2026)

Christmas & New Year’s

***Offices will have limited hours beginning the middle of December due to

end of year business tasks and holiday closure***
Monday 12/15/2026 through Friday 12/18/2026 – Limited Hours
Offices will be closed Tuesday 12/22/2026 through Sunday 12/27/2026
Offices will be closed Wednesday 12/30/2026 through Sunday 1/3/2027
Post-Holiday business hours return to normal on Monday 1/4/2027
Orders placed after 12/15/2026 will see processing delays. Orders will be processed
sporadically between 12/15 and 12/29. Any orders not processed prior to 12/29 will be

processed when we return to normal business hours on 1/4/2027.

Shipping Cutoff (IMPORTANT!!)

If you’re planning on ordering gifts for Christmas, the order needs to be placed no later
than 12/15/2026. This allows for processing time. Orders placed after 12/15/2026
may not be processed until after 1/4/2027.

Order Processing

Due to the increased order volume November through January, order processing time
can take up to 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday only. Please
consider these times along with shipping times and shipping cutoff if you’re purchasing
gifts.
***Again, please note our holiday hours and shipping cutoff listed above as these will
impact when orders are processed/shipped. There will be significant delays during the
Christmas/New Year’s closure.

Shipping

As we have seen for several years now, USPS and UPS CANNOT guarantee delivery
by specific dates (ie. Christmas). We recommend ordering with plenty of time for your
order to be received if you want/need it for Christmas. Once an order is in possession
of the shipping carrier, the time it takes for delivery is out of our control. The slowest
shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class). This option
can easily take 10-14 days for delivery, especially during the holidays. Please plan
accordingly!
