2025 Holiday Season
Labor Day is now behind us and summer has just about officially come to an end. Just
like prior years, we’re providing holiday details early to help you plan during the holiday
rush. This year has flown by rather quickly - we’ll blink, and it’ll be Thanksgiving….

Below you’ll find important details regarding our hours, shipping cut off, and other
important shipping information during the holiday season. If any changes arise, we will
update the information accordingly.

TangoDown’s Holiday Hours
Thanksgiving
Offices Close at Noon on Wednesday 11/26/2025

Offices Closed Thursday & Friday 11/27 – 11/28

Orders placed during the holiday will be processed in the order in which they were
received when our team returns on Monday 12/1/2025

Christmas & New Year’s
Offices will have limited hours throughout December due to end of year business tasks.

Monday 12/15/2025 through Friday 12/19/2025 – Limited Hours/Closing Early

Offices will be closed Saturday 12/20/2025 through Thursday 1/1/2026

Business as usual on Friday 1/2/2026

Orders placed during our end of year business process and during the holidays will
begin to be processed in the order in which they were received after 1/2/2026.
(Please see Shipping Cutoff details below).

**Most likely the full week of 1/5/2026 will have the largest processing/shipping
volume**

We appreciate your patience as our team enjoys time off with their families.

Shipping Cutoff (IMPORTANT!!)
Orders placed after 9am (PACIFIC) on Monday 12/15/2025 will NOT be
processed/shipped until after the New Year. Please consider this if you are purchasing
gifts.

Order Processing
Due to the increased order volume November through January, order processing time
can take up to 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday only. Please
consider these times along with shipping times and shipping cutoff if you’re purchasing
gifts.

***Again, please note our holiday hours and shipping cutoff listed above as these will
impact when orders are processed/shipped. There will be significant delays during the
Christmas/New Year’s closure.

Shipping
As we have seen for several years now, USPS and UPS CANNOT guarantee delivery
by specific dates (ie. Christmas). We recommend ordering with plenty of time for your
order to be received if you want/need it for Christmas. Once an order is in possession
of the shipping carrier, the time it takes for delivery is out of our control. The slowest
shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class). This option
can easily take 10-14 days for delivery, especially during the holidays. Please plan
accordingly!
