2023 Holiday Schedule and Shipping Cutoff 

Well, 2023 was a fast year…. Here we are approaching the 2023 holiday season and before we know it, 2024 will be upon us. We hope you and yours have had a pleasant year and this holiday season finds you spending time with those who mean the most. 

Below are some important dates to keep in mind, along with shipping information to consider if you’re purchasing gifts.

Thanksgiving 

Offices close at Noon on Wednesday 11/22/2023 

Offices Closed Thursday & Friday 11/23-24/2023 

Orders placed during the holiday will be processed in the order in which they were received when our team returns on

Monday 11/27/2023 

Christmas & New Year’s 

Offices will have limited hours due to end of year business tasks Monday 12/18/2023 through Thursday 12/21/2023

Offices will be closed Friday 12/22/2023 through Monday 1/1/2024 Business as usual on Tuesday 1/2/2024 Orders

placed during our end of year business process and during the holidays will begin to be processed in the order in

which they were received after 1/2/2024 

Shipping Cutoff 

Orders placed after 9am (PACIFIC) on Monday 12/18/2023 will NOT be processed/shipped until after the holidays. Please consider this if you are purchasing gifts. 

Shipping

As we have seen for a few years now, USPS and UPS CANNOT guarantee delivery by specific dates (ie. Christmas). We recommend ordering with plenty of time for your order to be received if you want/need it for Christmas. Once an order departs our facility, the time it takes for delivery is out of our control. The slowest shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class). This option can easily take 10-14 days for delivery, especially during the holidays. Plan accordingly!
