The VT GMR-001 is easy to install, and made of the same tough polymer as the GLOCK™ factory part. The extended release is just perfect…not too short, not too long, i.e. the magazine will not accidentally release if pistol is laid on a hard surface. Perfect with use of back strap mounted lasers. For Gen 1, 2 & 3 pistols only. Not for use with Gen 4 pistols. Fits GLOCK™ models G17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 37.

Just enough extra extension
I had to reposition my hand on the grip to use the factory mag catch. The GMR-001 gives just enough extra length without protruding in the way at all. Very important for concealed carry.

Extended mag release
This thing is Perfect!! I have average size mitts, so always needed the OEM extended mag release to reliably drop mags on stock Glocks. Now that I use custom pistols that feature a cutout around the mag release, Glock’s extended release was just too long, given the removed material around the release. Took a chance on this, and in conjunction with the speed cut on the frame, its perfect for me! I now have the Vickers mag release on all my pistols.....As an added bonus one cant really see, they come with the sharp corners rounded off so you dont have to break out the file, like I used to with the OEM ones. Nice touch!

Vickers Tactical Gen 3 Glock .40/9mm extended mag release
My Glock 26 always had a very stiff and hard to operate mag release. My other Glocks were not this way. I got a "tear drop" style extended mag release from the Glock Store and it was to large and allowed for unintentional mag drops. This Vickers is just right. Only a tad larger than the stock one. Easy to use, just like my other stock Glocks. I have had no issues with unintentional mag drops with the Vickers. Makes my Glock 26 function just like my stock model 19 and model 23. Highly recommend.

This is a MUST HAVE upgrade to all 9mm/.40S&W Gen2-3 Glocks. This is the Goldilocks of mag releases for those Glocks, not too short, not too long but JUST RIGHT.
