Anyone with average- to small hands now can easily perform magazine changes without shifting their firing grip on the weapon. The VT GMR-001 is easy to install, and made of the same tough polymer as the GLOCK™ factory part. The extended release is just perfect…not too short, not too long, i.e. the magazine will not accidentally release if pistol is laid on a hard surface. Perfect with use of back strap mounted lasers. For Gen 1, 2 & 3 pistols only. Not for use with Gen 4 pistols. Fits GLOCK™ models G17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 37.

Improved Mag Release
The only two mandatory improvements to my carry pistols are nightsights and the Vickers TangoDown magazine release on every one of my Glocks.

Adds just enough length
I can release mags easier and more consistently with this, I don’t have to twist the gun as much, and the edges are rounded off making it a lot more comfortable for repeated reloads during dry fire/live fire training

Install was super easy. Just the right length added, so it doesn’t stick out to far but still allows for much easier release of the mags.

Extended Mag Release
I installed the extended in a G-26 release as soon as I received it. I have only put a few mags though the gun but it perform really well. Every new accessory takes some time to adjust to but it is a definite improvement. I would recommend.
