The VT GMR-003 is easy to install, and made of the same tough polymer as the GLOCK® factory part. The extended release is just perfect…not too short, not too long, i.e. the magazine will not accidentally release if pistol is laid on a hard surface. Perfect with use of back strap mounted lasers. Ambidextrous. Not for use with Gen 1, 2, & 3 pistols.

Perfect for my G19 Gen 4
I bought this for my Glock 19 Gen 4. I have bigger hands so I use the larger back strap to make my grip feel right. Using the larger back strap makes my overall grip feel perfect, but it makes it so my thumb just reaches the mag release. It reaches it but has no leverage to release the magazine. This extended release is a slight extension, but it’s just what I need. Now I can release the magazine without adjusting my grip. Super easy to install.

Great addition to a Glock. Makes it a lot nice and easier to drop a mag, as well as keep a better hold on it while doing mag change.

Glock Magazine Release
I installed the Vickers magazine release on each of my Glock pistols. It allows me to drop the magazine without changing my grip and provides a better surface then the OEM release. I recommend this product to everyone.

Extended mag release
Well made product. Exactly what it says. Of note is that for me it did not work. The extension was nice but the spot in which you need to apply pressure is shifted to the rear of the magazine release and for my hands this did not allow me to get the correct angle/pressure to ensure the magazine fell free. Ended up giving the release to a buddy.

Great product bought one for my 19 and 23 makes mag changes a breeze without changing my grip as well as being inexpensive. Blends with my oem frames like it should have been there. Happy with the purchase.
