When Glock® released the single stack .380acp G42, shooters everywhere snapped them up. The Austrian brand had its first compact concealable pistol that could be worn comfortably anywhere, anytime. The upside is the G42 has all of the features you’d expect from Glock®.
The downside is – it’s almost too small. For shooters with medium to large size hands, the pistol grip is just too short, forcing a finger or two off the weapon when firing. Not the best form to control a .380acp defensive handgun cartridge accurately. The 6 + 1 ammunition capacity wasn’t exactly confidence inspiring either.
The fix just arrived! Vickers Tactical™ & TangoDown, Inc.™ announce the +2 Magazine Extension for the Glock® 42.
Injection molded of the same durable material used in the magazine body itself, the extended floorplate shape was designed to comfortably accommodate a proper firing grip. With 2 additional rounds on board, ammunition capacity is now 8 + 1 in the weapon. Also included is a new longer, smooth feeding heat-treated stainless steel spring, with 100% last round slide lock backs that are guaranteed.
The VTMFP-007/42 +2 Magazine Extension consists of Extended Floorplate, Floorplate Retainer, and Stainless Steel Spring. Kit converts 1 Glock® magazine.

Vickers Tactical +2 Mag Extension Glock 42
This is a nice little piece to add an extension to your existing Glock 42 (.380 auto) pistol. I originally bought this pistol for my wife, but found it easy to carry when I take my dogs for a walk in the early morning hours. However, the pistol did not fit my hand with the stock magazines. These inserts were easy to install by removing the floor plate and follower spring from the existing mags and replacing them with this piece. I would highly recommend.

Does the trick and easy to install. Could use some texturing on the front surface but for the price it’s an easy 4/5.

Glock 42 Plus 2 Base Plates
Haven’t gotten the chance to test the base plates at the range yet but I’m absolutely loving them. They allow for my 3 fingers to actually fit on the grip of the pistol. They look like a OEM Glock part witch I like very much. For me the extra two rounds fit in without any difficulty. Install was Very easy. If they function like I assume they will 6 out of 5 stars all day.

Mag Extension
In my short time with Vickers mag extensions, I can honestly say they're a total game changer. Not only do I have 2 more rounds per mag ( I bought 2 of Vickers extensions) I also have tons of increased grip from the stock mags where I have fingers hanging off. Great product.

Glock 42 +2 Mag Extension
Recently received 2 of these extension for my Glock 42. Easily assembled onto original mag bodies. Ran several dozen rounds through the firearm, various manufacturers and bullet shapes. Perfect functioning. Loading the eighth round is a bit of a challenge but a Glock loader does the trick. Love the longer mag for my hand shape and grip. Excellent product!

Badass product!
This mag extension/spring is the perfect solution and complement to the Glock 42. I have wide hands and this allows me tondominate control of thie pistol. Badass idea from two badass reputable names! A+ in my opinion.
