Our VTSS-004 Slide Stop is familiar in shape to our G42/G43 slide stop, but has the return spring uprated to handle the additional slide mass of the G48. Precision stamped and formed from 4130 chrome moly steel, heat-treated for a long, durable life. We recommend Glock® Armorer or professional gunsmith installation only. Fits Glock® models G43X, G48.

Slide lock lever

43X and 48 Slide Stop
Easily installed on my Glock 43X and 48. A significant improvement over the factory option. Highly recommended for people with large hands having difficulty with the stock slide stop.

Extended slide release
Glock 43x and 48 are excellent firearms in their class. However, subtle upgrades make them exceptional. A Vickers Tango Down extended slide release should be the first upgrade. OEM slide release sits flush against the frame and during reloads can be quite cumbersome to activate (depending on finger size). A Tango Down slide release protrudes slightly, does not catch/scrape on holsters or snag on clothing. It allows easy activation of the slide release without stress. Installation is easy and takes approximately 7 minutes. There is a YouTube video with instructions on how to install. **removing the pin to take out the locking block is not that difficult. Watch the video and be patient. This slide release is a must have for novice and experienced shooters.
