Thanksgiving 2022
We’re officially entering the holiday season! As we enter this time of year, we wanted to share some reminders regarding seasonal processing and shipping times.

Thanksgiving hours:
Offices close at Noon (local time) on Wednesday 11/23
Offices closed on 11/24 & 11/25
Business as usual on Monday 11/28
***Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, always closed on Saturday/Sunday
Order processing:
Due to high volume during peak holiday shopping, it can take up to 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received and selecting expedited shipping options does NOT change the processing time. Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday. The orders placed on or after Tuesday 11/22 will be processed during the week of 11/28.
Shipping options: Delays with shipping carriers still exist, but have improved compared to 2020 and 2021. Once an order leaves our facility we have no control over the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package. As we get closer to Christmas and Hanukkah the potential for shipping delays increase.
The slowest shipping option is USPS First Class. We have seen orders take 15+ days to arrive at a destination. This option requires patience and willingness to wait for the item(s) you purchased to arrive. There is nothing we can do to have USPS expedite the shipment.
Again, we have no control over shipping times and how long it takes a carrier to deliver your item(s). If you are shopping for Christmas or Hanukkah gifts, please plan ahead to ensure you have the item(s) you need/want on time.
