Thanksgiving 2020
The holiday season is upon us, which means high order volumes and potential shipping delays. Below is a highlight of things to consider when ordering and our Thanksgiving hours.

Thanksgiving hours:
Offices close at Noon (local time) on Wednesday 11/25
Offices closed on 11/26 & 11/27
Business as usual on Monday 11/30
***Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, always closed on Saturday/Sunday
Order processing:
On average orders take 1-3 business days to process. Due to high volume during peak holiday shopping, it can take up to 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
Shipping options:
Due to the overall increase of online ordering and Covid-19, we have seen many delays by ALL shipping carriers. Please keep in mind that ALL shipping carriers are NOT guaranteeing delivery by certain dates. For example, if you select UPS Next Day Air and your order is processed/shipped on a Tuesday – they will NOT guarantee that your package will arrive on Wednesday. Once orders leave our facility, we have no control over delivery times.
The slowest shipping option is USPS First Class. We have seen orders take 15+ days to arrive at a destination. This option requires patience and willingness to wait for the item(s) you purchased to arrive. There is nothing we can do to have USPS expedite the shipment.
Again, we have no control over shipping times and how long it takes a carrier to deliver your item(s). If you are shopping for Christmas or Hanukkah gifts, please plan ahead to ensure you have the item(s) you need/want on time.
